College of Engineering Muttathara under CAPE,Government Of Kerala is atechnical education institution in Trivandrum, Kerala, established in 2016. CEM is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and offers undergraduate programs in a number of engineering branches and has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
